Privacy Notice

This notice covers endtek.com: the public website, the contact form, project requests, and the client workspace. Each Endtek app has its own privacy policy, linked from its page, for information the app handles. Last updated October 8, 2026.

What we collect and why

Contact form. Your name, email address, topic, optional app or company name, and message. We email it to Endtek so we can reply. We do not send automatic replies or marketing email.
Project requests. Your name, email, optional company, the project details you describe, your budget and timing choices, and up to three attachments (PDF, image, text, or CSV files). We store these in a private database and file store to discuss, estimate, and carry out your project.
Client workspace. You sign in with a username and password you choose. We email a single-use link (valid for 30 minutes) to the address you gave so you can create or reset them. We store your username and a one-way hash of your password, in a database separate from your project records; we cannot see your password. Inside the workspace we keep estimates, approvals, progress updates, messages, files, and invoice records for your project.
Payments. Project invoices are paid through Stripe's hosted invoice page. Card and bank details go to Stripe; Endtek does not receive or store them.

Spam protection and cookies

Forms use a verification code image generated on our own server, hidden fields, and rate limits. To apply the rate limits we keep a one-way hash of your network address for a short time (up to 24 hours); the address itself is not stored for this purpose. No third-party CAPTCHA service is used.

The site sets only cookies needed to make it work: a session cookie for the forms (endtek_website) and a session cookie for the client workspace (ENDTEK_CLIENT). Both end when you close your browser or sign out. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and the site loads no third-party scripts.

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, time, and page requested) for security and operations.

Who sees your information

Only Endtek and the service providers needed to run the site: our web host and email delivery, and Stripe for invoice payments. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails and project records for as long as needed to respond, deliver and support the project, and meet our accounting and legal record-keeping obligations. Then we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to withdraw an unfinished project request, by using the privacy request form.
