Job Site Photo Log Privacy Policy
Effective September 20, 2026. This policy applies to the Job Site Photo Log Android application and its services hosted at endtek.com.
Information we process
We process account and company details, customers and projects, work time and break records, task activity, notes, photos and their captions, device-generated identifiers, and security and diagnostic records needed to operate the service. The Google Play services/ML Kit code-scanner SDK may also collect device and app information, per-installation or scan-session identifiers, performance metrics, feature configuration, event types, and error codes for diagnostics and usage analytics. Google documents that barcode images and decoded results are processed on the device and are not stored by Google. Auto-zoom is not enabled in this app.
Location
The current app requests foreground location when a user clocks in, clocks out, or records a GPS-tagged project photo. It stores the coordinates, reported accuracy, and distance from the selected job. It does not continuously track workers or request background-location permission.
Use, sharing, and retention
Information is used to provide field documentation, synchronize offline work, secure accounts, generate reports, and support customers. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising. The app has no advertising SDK, and Endtek has not added a general-purpose analytics or crash-reporting SDK. A company administrator controls access within its company; limited hosting, email-delivery, backup, security, and code-scanning providers may process data only to operate the service. Google states that the code-scanner diagnostic data is encrypted in transit and is not transferred to third parties. Records are retained while the company account is active and as needed for security, contractual, backup, and legal obligations.
Security and choices
Traffic uses HTTPS. Private originals and reports are served through expiring authorized links. Users can deny location or camera access, though related features will be limited. Company administrators may request access, correction, export, or deletion; some auditable work records may need to be retained or de-identified.
Contact
Use the support request form for access, correction, export, or privacy help, or use the account-deletion request page.
